The Refund & Cancellation policy for all payments made in RYZER APP using the payment gateway shall stand as under:

The Fees paid towards account opening charges and enabling platform services is non-refundable.
If an offer is not fully subscribed within a period of defined asset’s timeline, generally 60-90 days, the Asset Share amount is refunded to the investors without any deductions.
In case you have paid (EOI) Expression of interest booking amount and later decided to cancel, , please make an appointment with our customer service team within first 48 hours prior, and we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money. Refund will not be initiated if the minimum investment raised for an asset after 48 hours, You may raise concern to customer support team to resolve your concerns.
Pick up of required documents related to the purchase of shares in an LLP procedure is subject to the availability of our representatives, given at any particular time and location.

Note: The completion of the refund procedure is subject to the designated LLP’s terms & conditions.
